Planned and coordinated by Action Pro, the Madrid expedition in March 2025 brought FC KOKOKU (Kokoku High School) A team to Spain for a high-level development experience combining competitive matches, elite training, professional match observation, and cultural learning.
FC KOKOKU, a powerhouse high school in Osaka known for producing numerous professional players, faced off in serious matches against strong Madrid-based clubs such as CD Leganés, Rayo Vallecano, and AD Alcorcón. These were not friendlies but high-intensity challenges against same-age opponents, providing valuable game experience. The team based their training at TENPLE, a professional football facility equipped with pitches and a gym. A special session was also held at Ciudad Real Madrid, Real Madrid’s elite academy headquarters, where players received instruction from official cantera coaches. The group attended a La Liga match (Real Madrid vs Rayo Vallecano) at Santiago Bernabéu, watched the U-16 Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atlético, and saw Real Madrid Castilla—coached by Real Madrid legend Raúl González—take on Sevilla Atlético. They also toured the Bernabéu stadium and visited the UNESCO World Heritage city of Toledo, enriching their cultural perspective as part of the program.
